LASER CUTTING

 By using the latest state-of-the-art fiber laser cutting technology, we are able to offer a fast, precise and cost-effective solution for cutting a range of steels. We stock plenty of the most common thicknesses/grades in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium to ensure we can process any jobs as quickly as possible.

With our three CNC hydraulic press brakes, our skilled team are able to efficiently bend a range of steels in different thicknesses. We mainly focus on batch and repetition work, as we are able to seamlessly and swiftly manufacture large quantities of components; straight from the laser cutting machine to the press brake.

The presses are able to fold up to a maximum of 20mm thick and we can fold up to 3000mm long, depending on the type of steel, the thickness of the plate and the angle of the fold.
